Leaders represents Chicago Culture. We teamed up with Adidas to create a never before seen experience for Chicagoans. 2020 All Star weekend became one of the most important events of the city’s history especially for Black owned brands. We created a friends and family forum Adidas shoe. It was made entirely with 3M with a glow in the dark sole bottom. The different color shoe lace represents the “L” train colors. I designed two shirts by combining both Leaders and Adidas branding. We held a release party at The Promontory Hyde Park. The shoes were displayed on glass podiums while the combined logos were decorated throughout the space including cupcakes. Grammy nominated, Bj the Chicago kid was the performance of the night with Philmore Greene and A.M. Early Morning. This celebration jump started All Star Weekend festivities.
